You decide what to build, why and, equally, what not to.</li><li>Run structured discovery.  Design and execute customer interviews, prototype tests, and in-app experiments to validate desirability and viability before committing to build.</li><li>Define and own the integration layer.  Decide how this product ingests geospatial data, irradiance sources, and financial modeling, and more inputs — and what that means for build/buy/partner decisions.</li><li>Embed AI where it earns its place.  Identify where AI/ML accelerates user workflows meaningfully, and define the framework for when it adds value vs. adds noise.</li><li>Own the roadmap with evidence, not opinions.  Build a living, impact-oriented roadmap that reflects current confidence levels.
