<ul><li> Lead subsurface investigations, develop geotechnical design parameters, and author comprehensive geotechnical data/recommendation reports.</li><li>Execute advanced analyses for foundations, earth retention, slope stability, seismic/soil-structure interaction, settlement, and ground improvement.</li><li>Develop designs and calculations for shallow/deep foundations, retaining structures, embankments, ground improvement, tunnels/shafts, dams/levees, and pavements.</li><li>Prepare and review technical deliverables: calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and construction-phase RFIs/submittals.</li><li>Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, risk, and change; support proposal development, level-of-effort estimates, and client presentations.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (structural, civil, water, environmental, construction management) to integrate geotechnical solutions.</li><li>Oversee field programs (borings, test pits, in-situ testing) and lab testing plans; ensure health, safety, and quality compliance.</li><li>Mentor and technically develop junior engineers; conduct QA/QC reviews in alignment with our quality management processes.</li><li>Engage with clients and stakeholders, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities for innovation and delivery excellence.</li></ul>
