This role requires a technically proficient engineer who can supervisor outsourced teams, manage emergencies and ensure seamless operations across all shifts. <hr><h3>You Will:</h3><ul><li>Ensure uninterrupted facility operations by providing engineering oversight across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays 24/7.</li><li>Supervise and guide outsourced maintenance teams, ensuring proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.</li><li>Act as the subject matter expert for critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and uptime.</li><li>Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety and quality standards, and validate compliance with SLAs and KPIs.</li><li>Lead the technical response to facility emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rapid recovery actions.</li><li>Review and validate maintenance reports, shift logs, and incident records.
