You'll be responsible for deep technical discovery, collaborative solution development, and building strong, multi-level stakeholder relationships across varying sales cycles. We need someone who can expertly manage opportunities from short-term solution rentals to complex, multi-year long-term solutions, demonstrating exceptional adaptability and a diverse skill set in both new business development and existing account expansion.What you'll do:<ul><li>Spend approx every 2nd week travelling throughout the SA region visiting our clients and building key relationships across Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Oil &amp; Gas, Petrochemicals &amp; Refinery (PCR) and Data Centre industries</li><li>Develop new customers, promoting our range or short term to very long term power generation and temperature control solutions</li><li>Elevate the business’s customer experience by delivering expert assistance in addressing technical inquiries via the sales department</li><li>Support our clients across the entire scope of sales - business development and product introduction, covering project design, and project/site delivery</li><li>Formulate a technical application sales plan for allocated region, with a focus on advising clients of the breadth of our range and hybrid and low emissions solutions.</li><li>Accelerate new products utilisation, responsible for allocated budget and growth goals</li><li>Liaise with Aggreko technicians, and management to provide technical solutions both low and high voltage applications</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Proven in a similar B2B sales or business development role in an industrial environment</li><li>Technically proficiency with industrial products related to power generation, heating and/or cooling</li><li>Experienced in both account management and new business development</li><li>Strongly analytical with excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration abilities</li><li>Dedicated to safety, quality, and customer experience</li><li>Familiar with and have an understanding of factors critical for successful new product introduction and integration</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Excellent Sales Incentive Scheme</li><li>Be part of a global organization with a reputable name, a thriving business with strong financial support.</li><li>Continuous personal development through training.</li><li>Provided with a company vehicle.</li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
