This individual will apply rigorous, first-principles thinking to evaluate how work is performed across investment, operational, and corporate functions, and will architect AI-enabled solutions that materially improve efficiency, scalability, and decision quality. This position requires a strategic operator who combines analytical depth with execution discipline. The Director will partner with senior stakeholders and technology teams to identify high-impact opportunities, redesign core processes, and ensure measurable value realization from AI-driven transformation initiatives.<div></div>Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead structured assessments of end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation and augmentation</li><li>Apply artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and process intelligence tools to analyze both structured and unstructured data in support of business process redesign</li><li>Define target-state operating models that embed AI-enabled capabilities into core investment, operational, and support functions</li><li>Develop transformation roadmaps with clear prioritization criteria based on impact, feasibility, risk, and change readiness</li><li>Translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI solutions in collaboration with engineering and product partners</li><li>Establish measurable performance baselines and value realization frameworks to track improvements in cycle time, quality, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation</li><li>Drive disciplined program execution from concept through implementation, ensuring adoption and sustainability of redesigned workflows</li><li>Build repeatable methodologies, governance standards, and best practices to institutionalize AI-enabled business process reengineering across the firm</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>8-10 years of experience in digital transformation, AI strategy, operational excellence, management consulting, or related roles with enterprise-wide scope</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business process reengineering or operating model transformation initiatives</li><li>Strong working knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, automation frameworks, and data-driven decision systems</li><li>Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technology functions</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience structuring complex, ambiguous challenges</li><li>Experience developing executive-level materials, including transformation strategies, business cases, and implementation plans</li><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Advanced degree in business, engineering, data science, or a related discipline</li><li>Experience within financial services, alternative asset management, or other complex, regulated environments</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and modern AI/ML tooling ecosystems</li><li>Experience implementing governance frameworks and performance measurement systems for transformation initiatives</li></ul>Pay Range$225,000 - $265,000Apollo Global Management, Inc.
