Working in the IT Applications organization, you will support all SAP FI modules and peripheral application activities. As the RTR Business Systems Analyst, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for all Record To Report activities, supporting the finance business users, and functioning as a key member on project teams throughout the project lifecycle (<a href="https://www.leanix.net/en/wiki/ea/sap-activate-discover-phase-activities">Discover</a>,<a href="https://www.leanix.net/en/wiki/ea/sap-activate-prepare-phase-activities"> Prepare</a>,<a href="https://www.leanix.net/en/wiki/ea/sap-activate-explore-phase-activities"> Explore</a>, Realize, Deploy and Run) <ul><li>Lead and manage all aspects of RTR projects from discovery to deployment and support.</li><li>Configure and test FI Modules-GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Treasury, EBS, Internal Order and Profitability Analysis</li><li>Project Systems (PS) including WBS, networks, milestones, and settlement.</li><li>Analyze complex business problems / processes and translate business requirements into workable application solutions.</li><li>Partner with and provide guidance to business teams, and act as the translator between Finance and IT teams to ensure business requirements are communicated properly.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis, recommend process improvements, redesign and automation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross functional teams to facilitate project progress and ensure integrated solution design and implementation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of business processes and best practices in any areas of SAP Financial and Management accounting.</li><li>Good knowledge of SAP integrational aspects.</li><li>Provide operational support to the finance teams </li><ul><li>Business as usual and Period end closing</li><ul><li>Facilitate the financial close (monthly and quarterly) and consolidation activities ensuring they are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies.</li><li>Support financial controller in GAAP &amp; local statutory reporting fillings. </li></ul><li>Compliance and Reporting - </li><ul><li>Define and execute compliance requirements related to SOX Audits &amp; other internal / external audit requirements.</li><li>Conduct financial controls testing and document results.</li><li>Support the external reporting and regulatory processes such as Tax Reporting.</li></ul></ul><li>Manage bank &amp; other finance related external system interfaces.</li><li>Develop project related documentation for GAP analysis, functional design documents, functional specifications for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.</li><li>Develop and execute functional end to end test scripts and perform unit testing, integration and regression testing, including build test cases, executing tests, and making changes to configuration and or processes as needed.</li><li>Train the end user community in the conversion and implementation of new processes.</li><li>Collaborate with Application Managed Services provider support team to quickly resolve critical operational issues that impact business functions.</li></ul>What you need:<ul><li>Extensive experience designing and configuring SAP S4 HANA FI solutions, ideally with S4HANA. </li><li>Project system implementation experience is a must</li><li>Should be part of 2+ SAP implementations in the Record to Report from Blueprint to Go-Live</li><li>Should have 10+ years of experience in SAP systems</li><li>B.S. with Finance major or CPA</li><li>Ability to be detailed in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications:<ul><li>Aerospace and Defense industry experience.</li><li>Experience implementing SAP Group Reporting.</li><li>Experience deploying SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions</li></ul>Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
