You will work directly with founders, engineers, and leaders to identify, attract, and close the kind of talent that changes industries. You will play a critical role in shaping the team that builds Vital Lyfe.What You'll Do<ul style=""><li>Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles</li><li>Partner with interviewers to design effective interview processes and evaluation frameworks</li><li>Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels</li><li>Coordinate interviews and keep the process moving smoothly and efficiently</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting workflows in the applicant tracking system (ATS)</li><li>Ensure a thoughtful candidate experience from first contact through offer</li><li>Support offer development, reference checks, and pre-employment steps as needed</li><li>Help improve recruiting processes, workflows, and overall talent operations as we scale</li><li>Act as a strong ambassador for the company and our culture throughout the hiring process</li><li>Continuously build strong talent pipelines ahead of hiring demand</li></ul>What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited to help build a company from the ground up.
