You will be a pivotal player in our engineering projects, driving innovation and ensuring flawless execution. We need a leader who can successfully implement project goals and drive our team to compete at a world-class level.What you get to do!<ul><li>Coordinate and lead the project team in the various phases of the project lifecycle, including system definition, detailed design, build &amp; integration, and validation.</li><li>Effectively manage project scope, schedule, budget, and requirements to ensure successful delivery and alignment with client expectations.</li><li>Communicate proactively with clients through regular status updates, design reviews, and change management discussions to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Enable communication across functional departments (i.e. sales, engineering, operations).</li><li>Participate in generating project proposals and SOWs.</li><li>Work with engineering management to establish staffing requirements to meet project objectives.</li></ul>What you will bring to the team<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or equivalent experience.</li><li>5+ years of project management experience, including prior leadership roles.</li><li>Background in industrial equipment design, automation, and installation.</li><li>Skilled management of custom equipment development projects.</li><li>Familiar with electromechanical systems, motion control, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in project forecasting, budgeting, and client relationship management.</li><li>Experienced in proposal development and early-stage business development.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.</li><li>Understanding of 5S and safety practices.</li><li>Able to perform physical tasks including occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and extended sitting or standing.</li></ul>Location Requirements: Position is based in our Merrimack, NH office. The base salary range for this position is $99,513.60 - $149,270.40 per year. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to proven experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
