The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and directing the activities of maintenance employees in the repair and preventive maintenance of all mobile and fixed equipment. <ul><li>Ensuring that all maintenance is performed in a safe and technically correct manner.</li><li>Maintaining a mixed fleet of equipment capable to serve the customers changing needs</li><li>Provide leadership and direction to the internal maintenance team, external vendors and suppliers to ensures that work is completed efficiently and inline with the Mills schedules.</li><li>Providing technical guidance for both corrective and preventative maintenance activities.</li><li>Ensure the correct tools and resources are available for the Maiantence team.</li><li>Management of short and long term maintenance planning, and completion of planned activities efficiently within budget.</li><li>Significant technical input and creation of scope of work for major repairs.</li><li>Assisting maintenance workers and sub-contractors in performing diagnosis and troubleshooting.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to members of the maintenance crew</li></ul>The ideal candidate will be:<ul><li>A strong organized communicator, willing to work a rotating schedule, weekends and holidays in a fast paced environment.</li><li>Participate in safety, quality and environmental programs by conducting observations, audits and meetings.</li><li>Carry out duties with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.</li></ul>
