This role ensures maximum uptime, quality, and throughput of production lines by performing preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and process monitoring.<h1></h1><h1>What you’ll do</h1>Equipment Maintenance &amp; Troubleshooting<ul><li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on equipment.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related equipment issues to minimize downtime.</li><li>Maintain accurate PM records and equipment logs.</li></ul>Process Optimization<ul><li>Work with Manufacturing Engineers to improve equipment performance, yield, and cycle time.</li><li>Assist in root‑cause analysis for quality defects related to processes.</li><li>Suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure processes meet internal quality standards.</li><li>Maintain ESD compliance and ensure equipment is properly calibrated.</li><li>Follow all safety, quality, and production policies.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Systems<ul><li>Update equipment records and maintenance logs.</li><li>Maintain calibration and repair history.</li><li>Provide feedback to engineering on program performance and process issues.</li></ul><h1></h1><h1>What you need</h1>Requirements:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED.
