This role ensures maximum uptime, quality, and throughput of production lines by performing preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and process monitoring.<h1></h1><h1>What you’ll do</h1>Equipment Maintenance<ul><li>Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.</li><li>Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to restore production.</li><li>Support production teams in resolving equipment-related issues.</li><li>Maintain and repair conveyors, assembly equipment, SMT equipment, test systems, robots, and other manufacturing machinery as applicable.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.</li><li>Install, modify, and improve manufacturing equipment and systems.</li><li>Document maintenance activities, repairs, spare parts usage, and downtime events.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and lockout/tagout procedures.</li><li>Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and recommend spare parts requirements.</li><li>Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities.</li><li>Support new equipment installations and production line expansions.</li></ul>Manufacturing Engineering Support<ul><li>Assist Manufacturing Engineers in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput.</li><li>Support production line balancing, time studies, capacity analysis, and labor optimization activities.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and update work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual aids.</li><li>Assist with equipment validation, qualification, and production readiness activities.</li><li>Support lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S, Kaizen events, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects.</li><li>Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Assist in designing and implementing tooling, fixtures, jigs, and workstation improvements.</li><li>Support new product introductions (NPI) and manufacturing process launches.</li><li>Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.</li><li>Participate in PFMEA, Control Plan, and corrective action activities.</li><li>Assist with ergonomics improvements and workplace safety initiatives.</li><li>Generate and maintain engineering documentation, equipment records, and process specifications.</li><li>Support automation projects and manufacturing technology upgrades.</li></ul><h1></h1><h1>What you need</h1>Requirements:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED.
