To thrive in this role and enjoy the journey, your background should look something like this:</div><br><ul><li>Technical education or degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, electronics, or a comparable field</li><li>First hands-on experience in field service, commissioning, or maintenance of technical systems, ideally in renewables</li><li>Solid understanding of electrical systems and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation</li><li>GreekC1 and English B2 according to CEFR</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently within Romania and work on-site at customer locations</li><li>Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills</li></ul></div>
