Job OverviewThis role will serve as a key administrative support for the legal and executive departments and requires a proactive administrative professional capable of overseeing reporting cycles, managing corporate entity standing, and acting as the primary administrative point of contact for investors and shareholders. The ideal candidate is reliable with demonstrated research and organizational skills, and a commitment to getting the job done right. Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>Document management including e-signature administration, legal contract templates, nondisclosure agreements, and approval workflows</li><li>Management of annual and semiannual reporting including version control, stakeholder coordination, and interdepartmental scheduling </li><li>Investor relations and administration of communications, management of email accounts. Those manufacturers then use the materials to make new products like outdoor furniture and decking, plastic shipping pallets, tubes for construction applications, playground surface covers, and more.
