The Partner Sales Executive is key to executing Workiva’s Partner Sales strategy in the Nordics region.You will work directly with regional Sales and Alliance leaders to align partner strategies with field sales goals, which helps boost win rates and revenue for both Workiva and our partners. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams to drive strategic partner attachments and coordinate account planning activities. Success is built on aligning efforts across Account Executives, Alliance Directors, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.What You’ll Do<ul><li>Manage the day-to-day partner sales discussions, including pipeline and deal management, and ensure the commercial success of partnerships by working closely with regional sales leaders to align efforts with local goals</li><li>Identify pipeline gaps and develop action plans in collaboration with sales leadership</li><li>Engage in strategic account planning sessions with partners and internal teams</li><li>Lead regional and account-level sales co-selling motions</li><li>Assist with sales involvement in region-focused events, such as webinars and dinners, and collaborate on regional marketing initiatives with partners</li><li>Track partner performance and ensure regional and solution commercial goals are met</li></ul>What You'll NeedMinimum Qualifications<ul><li>6+ years of related experience in software, SaaS, and/or consulting, including selling to large enterprise commercial customers</li><li>Extensive experience selling solutions through partner channels</li><li>Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience managing relationships between global consulting firms and software vendors</li><li>Proven ability as a partner or solution seller </li><li>Proven ability to develop and execute a strategy involving multiple stakeholders</li><li>Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement</li><li>Experience interacting cross-functionally in a matrix-oriented environment critical (including but not limited to sales, services, product, customer success, marketing, and operations)</li><li>Ability to identify ways to successfully develop and execute a strategy</li><li>Ability to engage and collaborate with senior leaders and external partners</li><li>Negotiation, influencing, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving/critical thinking skills</li><li>Thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong ability to be flexible in work approach based on business needs</li></ul>Travel Requirements &amp; Working Conditions<ul><li>Up to 35% travel for regular customer meetings and events.</li><li>Reliable internet access required for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office</li></ul>Why Join WorkivaWorkiva is the platform designed to bring confidence, control, and a competitive edge to the world’s most complex organizations.
