Experience in Medical Device Industry is a plus.</li><li>Experience analyzing and presenting production metrics.</li><li>Intermediate level of English, at least B2+.</li><li>Experience in internal and external audits regarding the Quality Management System.</li><li>Experience in Lean Manufacturing process and improvements implemented.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in manufacturing systems used to collect data and control/monitor processes.</li><li>Demonstrated capacity to effectively lead/influence peers and other functions towards organizational goals.</li><li>Flexible attitude and the ability to deal with changing assignments and priorities.</li><li>Self-motivated and capable of working under tight deadlines.</li><li>Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments / flexibility.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal.</li><li>Strong teamwork.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of ISO and quality systems as FDA and OSHA requirements.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
