One of those teams is the Software team, whose responsibility it is to ensure that our product is operable, that data and telemetry from our product are captured and sent to our cloud, and that our cloud handles this data and the various services provided to the company and our customers. While we’re still in the prototyping stage, soon our product will be commissioned at the customer's site. This will enable us to retrieve lots of valuable data - and thus insights - from the system operating at the customer’s site. And that’s where this role sits!
