AECOM is seeking an experienced IT Specialist II – PMIS to support the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority’s capital improvement program. This role functions as both a Project Optimization Lead and Senior Project Management Systems Analyst, responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) used across active airport construction projects.The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system performance, data integrity, and user adoption across platforms such as PMWeb and timekeeping systems (e.g., Santrack), while supporting project teams, consultants, and contractors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide Tier 2 technical support for PMIS platforms, troubleshooting system issues, workflows, and reporting discrepancies; escalate issues as needed</li><li>Administer user access, security roles, and project setup, ensuring compliance with contractual and project requirements</li><li>Support and maintain PMIS applications (e.g., PMWeb, Santrack), including configuration, testing modules, workflows, and reporting tools</li><li>Develop and deliver training programs and user guides for internal staff, consultants, and contractors across multiple user groups</li><li>Troubleshoot and validate data integrity, including QA/QC of project data, reporting outputs, and system integrations</li><li>Support timekeeping systems administration, including user account management, batch processing, SAP BOE configuration, and Adobe EchoSign workflows</li><li>Perform software installations, updates, and system configurations across project environments</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system usability, including UI enhancements, workflow optimization, and reporting improvements</li><li>Participate in configuration and requirements meetings to support continuous system improvement and alignment with project needs</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and compliance for consultant and contractor system access and onboarding</li></ul>
