We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Corporate FP&amp;A team at our Fremont, CA headquarters. Working closely with the VP of Financial Planning &amp; Analysis, this role serves as the primary financial partner for all US-based corporate functions and plays a central role in month-end and quarter-end close processes, global consolidation, and executive reporting. Global Consolidation &amp; Reporting</h2><ul><li>Consolidate actuals, forecasts, and AOP submissions from regional FP&amp;A teams across Malaysia, Korea, and India into a unified global view.</li><li>Own the global consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all regional inputs.</li><li>Perform consolidated variance analysis, identifying and explaining key drivers of budget vs. actual and forecast vs. prior period.</li><li>Challenge and validate regional inputs, partnering with local FP&amp;A teams to resolve discrepancies and improve forecast quality.</li><li>Prepare consolidated financial packages for senior leadership and board-level reporting.</li><li>Serve as the central point of coordination between regional FP&amp;A teams and corporate leadership on all planning and reporting cycles.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>4.
