Reimagine What’s Possible  We are expanding our St. Louis, MO Facility!We are seeking a Production Tooling Mechanic at our St. Louis, MO location.The Production Tooling Mechanic will support the Membrane Solutions organization by ensuring all production tooling is maintained in a ready state. This includes spinning tooling (winders and jets) maintenance and calibration, as well as assembly tooling such as potting molds.Key Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sustain a preventative maintenance tooling program and drive reliability excellence.</li><li>Aid in process improvements for tool design and reliability.</li><li>Develop quick-change options for changeovers.</li><li>Identify, analyze, and resolve process conditions and problems to improve production or workflow.</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain overall tooling management organization.</li><li>Implement tool recycle and maintenance processes.</li><li>Attend engineering and management meetings, providing input and guidance.</li><li>Dismantle equipment to remove and repair defective parts.</li><li>Perform other related duties as required.</li><li>Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Minimum Hiring Requirements:<ul><li>A high school diploma or GED is required.</li><li>2-5 years of practical industrial manufacturing experience or technical/associate degree, certificate, or equivalent in a related field (preferred).</li><li>Comfortable analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data and trends.</li><li>Basic problem-solving skills.</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check and have a good driving record.</li></ul>Work Hours and Pay:<ul><li>Night and day shifts are available.</li><li>Nights are 6:00pm to 6:00am.</li><li>Days are 6:00am to 6:00pm.</li><li>Pay range: $28.79 - $32.70 per hour based on work experience.</li><li>Availability to work a 2-3-2, 12-hour rotating shift (36 / 48-hour work weeks)</li></ul>What's In It for You:At Air Products we foster a culture of inclusion where every voice is heard, and everyone feels they belong and matter.
