As our Technical Sales Manager Distribution (EU), you will ensure our residential distribution products are technically ready, compliant, and consistently supported across European markets.  Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in: <ul><li>Technically own Sungrow's residential and C&amp;I PV products, ensuring their readiness and compliance for EU markets.</li><li>Provide first-line technical support to EU Technical Sales, Partner Success Managers (PSMs), and Key Account Managers (KAMs).</li><li>Conduct issue triage, root-cause analysis, and structured escalation of technical problems to HQ teams (Product, R&amp;D, Solution, Certification).</li><li>Maintain and control all EU technical documentation, including manuals, SOPs, FAQs, and technical presentations.</li><li>Develop technical training materials for installers and partners, and contribute to knowledge bases, webinars, and LMS content.</li><li>Act as the primary technical interface between EU teams and Sungrow HQ, ensuring clear communication and alignment.</li></ul> Your profile All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it?
