With <strong>€150M+ in transactions</strong> and support from industry leaders, we are growing fast – and we need ambitious people to grow with us</p><h2>Your challenge</h2><p><strong>Your Mission – Digital Sales Focus</strong>  </p><p>As a <strong>Digital Sales Intern for the Baltic markets (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania)</strong>, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the region:</p><ul><li><strong>Engage with customers</strong> – communicate in a Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian), prepare offers, follow up on leads</li><li><strong>Support the sales funnel</strong> – from first contact to successful deal closing</li><li><strong>Leverage AI tools</strong> – work with our sales automation systems to make processes faster and smarter</li><li><strong>Boost customer happiness</strong> – ensure buyers and sellers feel supported every step of the way</li></ul><h2>Your profile</h2><ul><li>Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus+ university, ideally near graduation</li><li>Available for a minimum of 6 months in Hamburg</li><li><strong>Language Skills:</strong> Native-level fluency in <strong>Estonian, Latvian, or Lithuanian</strong> required; <strong>Russian is a strong plus</strong></li><li>Solid English skills for internal communication</li><li>Strong communicator, motivated by reaching goals and helping customers succeed</li><li>Eager to learn and ready to take responsibility from day one</li></ul><h2>Our proposition</h2><h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li><strong>€1,000 monthly top-up on top of your Erasmus+ grant</strong></li><li>Direct impact – your work will shape our growth in the Baltics</li><li>Mentorship from experienced sales professionals</li><li>Startup culture with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making</li><li>Career springboard – many interns join E-FARM full-time</li></ul>
