While trade compliance experience is a plus, we welcome candidates from broader procurement, supply chain, PMO, or manufacturing project environments who bring strong project leadership and curiosity to learn.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead strategic cross-functional projects across procurement, trade compliance, and supply chain initiatives</li><li>Drive project planning, timelines, governance, risk management, and successful delivery</li><li>Partner with procurement, product management, and compliance stakeholders to support trade and tariff-related initiatives</li><li>Support integration of compliance considerations into new product development processes</li><li>Identify challenges, solve problems proactively, and drive continuous improvement opportunities</li><li>Manage project communications, progress reporting, and stakeholder alignment at a global level</li><li>Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, budget, and timeline expectations</li><li>Contribute to a structured PMO environment while helping challenge existing ways of working and driving positive change</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field</li><li>A few years of experience in project/program management, PMO, procurement, supply chain, or related functions</li><li>Proven track record leading complex projects in a global, cross-functional environment</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing ambiguity and shifting priorities</li><li>Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred</li><li>Background in procurement or supply chain project management preferred</li><li>Exposure to trade compliance or tariff management is a advantage</li><li>Structured, proactive, and highly driven approach to execution</li><li>Strong communication, governance, and project planning skills</li><li>Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Trello or similar)</li></ul>We believe you have experience from procurement, supply chain, PMO, trade compliance, or a similar environment where you’ve led projects, solved problems, and driven change.
