This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into how real-world international projects are delivered.<ul><li>Collect, process, and analyze project execution planning data to determine total project duration, key activities, and critical path.</li><li>Gather performance and cost data, monitor and analyze results, and report findings to stakeholders.</li><li>Identify and monitor changes or potential deviations from the initial project scope, estimating associated costs and impacts on the project schedule.</li><li>Communicate conclusions and recommendations to the project manager and client regarding project adjustments.</li><li>Update and report cost and planning data in the Company’s accounting and management systems to align with performance objectives.</li><li>Participate in project change control management and critical path analysis to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.</li><li>Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project execution.• Introduced to the expenditure process and begins reviews of expenditures for coding accuracy.   • Begins the commitment log for purchase orders and subcontracts.   • Assists in performance measurement and reporting.  • Assists in preparation of monthly reports and in execution of the change control process.</li></ul>
