Examples of applications and markets where we as Industrials business unit are focusing on are Datacenters, Battery Energy Storage Systems, Electrical Vehicles, Chargers, Invertors, Power Distribution Units &amp; Battery Packs. You will be part of the European Industrials commercial organization and report to the European Sales Leader based in Hengelo, the Netherlands. In this key role within our commercial team in Europe, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and driving business development to achieve growth, profitability, and market share objectives by prospecting new accounts, identifying the customer needs, and delivering the solution. Experience within a technology sector is required, preferably in a power conversion, electrification, or related field. You will be working from a home office in Germany and closely working together with our European Business Center in Hengelo, The Netherlands as well our R&amp;D and production sites in US, Bulgaria, Mexico, and China.General Responsibilities • Leads the direct sales process and achieving sales targets • Responsible for visits to current and potential clients • Leads the performing of routine account management activities • Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets • Ensures that clients receive high quality customer service Experience / Qualifications • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal &amp; collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customersWhat we further expect;<ul><li>You work closely with customers/prospects to identify applications and win new business opportunities.</li><li>You will coordinate with your marketing and engineering colleagues within the total supply chain.</li><li>You build and expand relationships with existing and potential customers and seek to “design in” the company’s current and future technology to customers’ future products.</li><li>You pro-actively communicate Sensata Technologies value proposition to the customer and manage customer expectations.</li><li>You give feedback of market requirements &amp; competitor activities to the marketing department and product groups.</li><li>You are responsible for the commercial negotiations, technical communication with the customers and contract management. </li></ul>Base Salary Range: 74,400.00 EUR - 102,300.00 EURThe salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
