We are looking for a motivated Program &amp; Project Management Intern II to join our team for a 3-month paid internship. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into how real-world international projects are delivered.Role Accountabilities:<ul><li>Assist Project Managers with project planning, timeline tracking, and status reporting.</li><li>Maintain key project documents, such as meeting notes, action item logs, risk registers, and status reports.</li><li>Support PM for internal engagements by scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, monitoring timesheets, and maintaining project documentation.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering Faculty, Civil Engineering, Construction–Structures, Installations, Mechanical and Pipelines, Electrical, and Architecture.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Eagerness to learn about enterprise software, automation, and technology project delivery.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.</li></ul><ul><li>Previous internship or project experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role is a plus.</li></ul>
