This role is critical in building scalable financial processes and driving strategic decision-making through robust financial and economic modeling. Experience in innovative or technology-driven industries is highly valued. </span></div><div> </div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li>Build comprehensive financial models from the ground up to evaluate business opportunities, assess financial viability, and support strategic planning. </li><li>Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to inform decision-making and assess potential risks. </li><li>Incorporate economic factors, market trends, and industry dynamics into financial models to enhance accuracy and relevance. </li><li>Develop and manage financial forecasts, including revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow projections. </li><li>Support the creation and refinement of long-term financial plans and capital allocation strategies. </li><li>Collaborate with business units to translate operational plans into detailed financial projections. </li><li>Provide insights into economic trends and their implications on company performance. </li><li>Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior leadership. </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and recommend actionable strategies. </li><li>Prepare clear and concise presentations and reports to communicate financial data, insights, and recommendations to senior management and investors. </li><li>Ensure financial data integrity and provide timely updates to stakeholders. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling, preferably in manufacturing, mining, or technology-driven industries. </li><li>Expertise in building financial models from scratch using Excel or similar tools. </li><li>Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and economic concepts. </li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex financial information clearly. </li><li>Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. </li></ul><h3>We offer a competitive compensation package that is based on expertise.
