Your work will directly enable the clean, scalable production of the critical materials powering the technologies of tomorrow. </span></div><div> </div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Operate chemical separation processes during overnight shifts, ensuring accuracy and safety in all activities </li><li>Safely handle strong acids, bases, and other hazardous materials using appropriate PPE and safety protocols </li><li>Execute wet chemistry procedures and follow SOPs precisely to support critical metals separation </li><li>Monitor and adjust process conditions based on lab results and performance data </li><li>Conduct in-process sampling and testing to ensure process targets are met </li><li>Document experimental data, deviations, and observations with high attention to detail </li><li>Support troubleshooting efforts and recommend improvements to optimize separation performance </li><li>Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and maintenance of process and lab equipment </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment aligned with EHS standards </li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>2+ years of hands-on experience in chemical processing, laboratory work, or industrial operations </li><li>Strong experience working with wet chemistry, including handling of strong acids and bases </li><li>Proven ability to follow SOPs and maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards  </li><li>Familiarity with basic lab instrumentation, data collection, and documentation practices </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or vocational training in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field preferred </li><li>Must be self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently during overnight hours </li></ul><h3>We offer a competitive compensation package that is based on expertise.
