You’ll be working hands-on with large, custom-built electromechanical systems, solving real-world mechanical challenges that are central to creating a sustainable critical materials supply chain. </span></div><div><span style="font-size:12pt;">This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and wants to make a direct impact on the future of industrial technology and sustainability. </span></div><div> </div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities: </h3><ul><li>Assemble, install, and maintain custom mechanical and electromechanical systems used in critical metals production </li><li>Perform precision alignments, calibrations, and diagnostics on high-power, high-temperature equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues involving motors, gear systems, pumps, and other large industrial components </li><li>Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and minimize downtime </li><li>Work closely with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and mechanical improvements </li><li>Maintain detailed logs, schematics, and repair documentation for traceability and operational excellence </li><li>Ensure adherence to safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols </li><li>Support testing and validation of equipment performance during commissioning and ramp-up phases </li></ul><h3>Qualifications: </h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a mechanical technician working with industrial equipment </li><li>Demonstrated experience in assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance of large-scale or complex electromechanical systems </li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical schematics, and technical documentation </li><li>Familiarity with machine tools, welding, rigging, and fabrication techniques </li><li>Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and system reliability </li><li>Experience working in startup or R&amp;D environments is a plus </li><li>Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment </li></ul><h3>We offer a competitive compensation package that is based on expertise.
