This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic influence with day-to-day financial execution. You will shape Skeleton’s financial strategy, support growth, and ensure financial discipline across manufacturing and operational functions.How you can help us on the journey:<ul><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring alignment with production and operational needs </li><li> Build and manage a high-performing finance team to support company growth </li><li> Develop and maintain financial controls, risk management, and compliance systems </li><li> Manage audits, EU grant reporting, and relationships with banks, auditors, and third-party service providers </li><li> Implement and improve financial processes to maintain efficiency as the company scales </li><li> Report financial results and insights to the Supervisory Board and shareholders</li></ul>RequirementsAre you the one we are looking for? <ul><li>Senior finance leadership experience (Director, Head of Finance, CFO, or similar). </li><li> Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and audits. </li><li> Background in production, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred. </li><li> Strong knowledge of financial controls, risk management, and compliance. </li><li>Very good practical knowledge on IFRS principles.</li><li> Experience managing banks, auditors, and EU or grant-funded projects a plus. </li><li> Strategic thinker with operational execution skills. </li><li> Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities. </li><li> Pragmatic, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment.</li></ul>Why should you join?Personal growth is guaranteed.
