You’ll develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and practices that align with operational and financial objectives, while creating an environment and culture that promotes team involvement and continuous improvement. You’ll also champion HR best practice and support AD Group HR activities as required.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for an experienced HR professional with 3–5 years in a senior HR role, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll have strong leadership skills, experience managing complex ER cases, delivering organisational change, and working with Trade Unions in a heavily unionised environment.
