The position involves interaction with internal stakeholders across Credit, Collections, Disputes, and EIPP teams, ensuring cash is applied accurately &amp; timely. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities / Tasks &amp; Duties: •    Accurately apply daily customer payments (checks, ACH, wires) using High Radius CAA tool and/or Emagia Cash Application module. •    Match payments to open invoices &amp; resolve unidentified and/or misapplied payments. •    Process remittances received through various channels (email, CLS, DMS, EIPP, etc.). •    Escalate remittance and/or payment discrepancies to internal CLS or DMS teams for resolution. •    Monitor cash application queues &amp; ensure SLAs are met. •    Assist with month-end cash reporting &amp; reconciliation tasks. •    Document &amp; update work procedures as needed. •    Collaborate with internal teams using other High Radius modules (CRD, CLS, DMS, EIPP) and or Emagia Module. ________________________________________ Education &amp; Experience Requirements: •    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. •    1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in shared services or global operations. ________________________________________ Technical Skills: •    Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP S4 Hanna required). •    Exposure to High Radius or similar automation platforms (preferred). •    Proficient in Microsoft Excel &amp; Outlook. ________________________________________ Soft Skills: •    Strong attention to detail &amp; high level of accuracy. •    Effective written &amp; verbal communication in English. •    Problem-solving mindset &amp; willingness to learn. •    Team player &amp; collaborative attitude. •    Work in accordance with Xylem’s Core Values and Global Code of Conduct. •    Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning activities. •    Collaborate across global teams in a matrix environment. •    Adhere to internal controls, audit, and compliance standards. •    English spoken on zone on Production floor.This role requires to work in shifts.  Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
