Our customers span a wide array of industries including aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.</p><p> </p><h2><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong></h2><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is hiring an Events Manager to lead and scale our event and in-person experience programs. This role drives industry engagement, brand visibility, and pipeline growth across our key markets.</p><p>You’ll own event strategy end-to-end—from planning through performance analysis—with a focus on measurable business impact. The right candidate brings strong commercial judgment, experience in B2B (and ideally B2G) marketing, and a track record of using events to generate qualified leads.</p><p>This role requires both critical thinking and hands-on execution: building an event calendar, managing logistics, aligning collaborators, and crafting repeatable processes. You’ll represent Re:Build at events and ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence.</p><h2><strong>What you get to do</strong></h2><ul><li>Build and run a national event strategy tied to lead generation and revenue goals</li><li>Define critical metrics, target audiences, and conversion goals for each event</li><li>Select and run the event calendar based on business priorities</li><li>Oversee all event execution, from planning through post-event reporting</li><li>Create systems for lead capture, qualification, and follow-up</li><li>Partner with marketing and sales on campaigns, messaging, and staffing</li><li>Develop event materials and handle booth assets and inventory</li><li>Track performance (leads, pipeline, value) and improve results over time</li><li>Plan and complete pre- and post-event outreach to improve impact</li><li>Organize company-hosted events for customers and partners</li></ul><h2><strong>What you bring to the team</strong></h2><ul><li>Ability to connect event activity to measurable business outcomes</li><li>Strong judgment in brand presentation and messaging</li><li>Highly organized, diligent, and meticulous</li><li>Comfortable owning projects independently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication and partner management skills</li><li>Data-driven approach to performance tracking and improvement</li><li>Experience working across teams and handling challenging priorities</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently</li></ul><h2><strong>Experience</strong></h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field</li><li>7–10 years running trade shows and events with validated lead generation results</li><li>Experience in B2B, technology, or manufacturing preferred</li><li>Track record of improving event performance and efficiency</li><li>Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Experience with event analytics and reporting tools</li></ul><p><strong>The BIG payoff</strong></p><p>We are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.</p><p>Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!</p><p><strong>We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate </strong></p><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
