Our customers span a wide array of industries including aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.</p><p> </p><h2><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong></h2><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is hiring an Events Manager to lead and scale our event and in-person experience programs. This role drives industry engagement, brand visibility, and pipeline growth across our key markets.</p><p>You’ll own event strategy end-to-end—from planning through performance analysis—with a focus on measurable business impact. The right candidate brings strong commercial judgment, experience in B2B (and ideally B2G) marketing, and a track record of using events to generate qualified leads.</p><p>This role requires both critical thinking and hands-on execution: building an event calendar, managing logistics, aligning collaborators, and crafting repeatable processes. You’ll represent Re:Build at events and ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence.</p><h2><strong>What you get to do</strong></h2><ul><li>Build and run a national event strategy tied to lead generation and revenue goals</li><li>Define critical metrics, target audiences, and conversion goals for each event</li><li>Select and run the event calendar based on business priorities</li><li>Oversee all event execution, from planning through post-event reporting</li><li>Create systems for lead capture, qualification, and follow-up</li><li>Partner with marketing and sales on campaigns, messaging, and staffing</li><li>Develop event materials and handle booth assets and inventory</li><li>Track performance (leads, pipeline, value) and improve results over time</li><li>Plan and complete pre- and post-event outreach to improve impact</li><li>Organize company-hosted events for customers and partners</li></ul><h2><strong>What you bring to the team</strong></h2><ul><li>Ability to connect event activity to measurable business outcomes</li><li>Strong judgment in brand presentation and messaging</li><li>Highly organized, diligent, and meticulous</li><li>Comfortable owning projects independently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication and partner management skills</li><li>Data-driven approach to performance tracking and improvement</li><li>Experience working across teams and handling challenging priorities</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently</li></ul><h2><strong>Experience</strong></h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field</li><li>7–10 years running trade shows and events with validated lead generation results</li><li>Experience in B2B, technology, or manufacturing preferred</li><li>Track record of improving event performance and efficiency</li><li>Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Experience with event analytics and reporting tools</li></ul><p>The base salary range for this position is $83,146.18 - $124,719.28 per year. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
