Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a foundational marketing role with extraordinary room for growth. You’ll need a partner management and marketing background, with a particular focus on growth and marketing strategies in a B2B2C model. You should be highly analytical and measurement-driven, focusing marketing resources in the areas that foster accelerated growth. 20% travel required, West Coast location preferred. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop the playbook for subscription growth at our partners, focusing on continued growth experiments that improve the paybook success.</li><li>Manage partner relationships with a focus on expansion and deeper integration within the commute program.</li><li>Analyze subscriber growth metrics and develop strategies that ensure we meet or exceed company growth goals.</li><li>Produce regular partner reports highlighting growth, partner objectives and expansion opportunities.</li><li>Manage event marketing growth strategy and collaborate with Operations team on execution.</li><li>Forecast new partner growth and maintain current partner subscriber growth forecasts.</li><li>Manage budgets relating to subscriber growth initiatives.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>10+ years of partner account management and  marketing experience with a track record of developing and executing growth strategies</li><li>Deep understanding of growth marketing strategy and best practices</li><li>Startup experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally</li><li>Mobility industry experience a plus, but not required</li></ul>Location: Remote, with preference for San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, or NYC.We're committed to supporting our employees' overall well-being and success, and we believe our benefits package reflects our commitment.If you're excited about shaping the future of marketing and growth efforts in a fast-growing startup environment, we encourage you to apply.
