With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service.</p><h2>Overview</h2><p>The People Operations Analyst is a key role in supporting the day-to-day People Team operations and business processing for a growing organization. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy and fully comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Success in this role includes executing on existing operational processes, maintaining high service levels, and process optimization.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data collection and storage of globally dispersed team members</li> <li>Perform regular data audits, reviews, and reconciliations</li> <li>Support ad hoc people and job data reporting and analytics</li> <li>Execute and maintain team member lifecycle transactions, including job changes, transfers, reporting relationship updates, and organizational structure changes while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.</li> <li>Create new and streamline, simplify, and automate existing processes</li> <li>Audit, scale, and refine cross functional, end to end, People Team processes</li> <li>Partner with business stakeholders, People Team leaders, and functional stakeholders to understand needs and develop support solutions</li> <li>Lead people systems and operations projects</li> <li>Providing training and mentorship to People team members and business partners on systems usage and operational processes</li> <li>Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as requested</li></ul><h2>Required</h2><ul> <li>2+ years of progressive experience in a high-volume HR operation, generalist, or related function</li> <li>Experience working with HRIS applications, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace </li> <li>Intermediate to Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products</li> <li>Ability to resolve escalated issues and problems quickly, efficiently, and independently</li> <li>Excellent work ethic and ability to multitask, prioritize and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously</li> <li>Track record of problem solving through obtaining a deep understanding of business needs and mastery of orchestrating solutions with new or existing resources</li> <li>Proficiency with incorporation of business process management concepts including, but not limited to, scalability, role definition, and preventative/detective controls</li> <li>Superior organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality</li></ul><h2>Desired</h2><ul> <li>Experience with Pave, Power Automate, Power BI, ADP Workforce Now, Lattice, and iCIMS</li> <li>Experience in a high-growth company</li> <li>Experience with global HR compliance and operations</li> <li>Familiarity with SOX/ audit controls</li></ul><h2>Additional Information</h2><p>Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
