In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of material flow within the production plant, assist in identifying process gaps, and support the Manager of Materials &amp; Logistics in driving continuous improvements.</p>You will directly supervise multiple team members, including inventory specialists and material movers, making your leadership and problem-solving skills critical to the success of the department.
