<div> About the role BURN is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician works with the QC team manufacturing staff and research and development team to ensure inspection and testing procedures are implemented and maintained. He/she will assist in the development of standards to meet quality requirements. Duties and Responsibilities <ul style="margin-bottom:7px;"><li style="margin-left:8px;">Support the New Product Development (NPD) &amp; Operations team by collecting test data, drafting reports, and giving quality feedback throughout the test period. </li><li style="margin-bottom:7px;margin-left:8px;">Ensure the technical documents required for production meet document control and revision requirements. </li><li style="margin-bottom:7px;margin-left:8px;">Analyse data to identify trends in product quality or defects to mitigate and prevent recurrence and future defects. Identify root causes of problems in the production process; recommend and/or implement corrective measures. </li><li style="margin-bottom:7px;margin-left:8px;">Conduct an audit on quality jigs and fixtures, tools, and equipment to ensure they are calibrated and up to date.</li><li style="margin-bottom:7px;margin-left:8px;">Ensure that products meet the organization, customers’ quality, and product integrity requirements. </li><li style="margin-bottom:7px;margin-left:8px;">Ensure manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations. Identify possible areas for improvement in quality control processes. </li></ul> Skills and Experience<ul><li style="margin-left:8px;">Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. </li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing or production environment, preferably in QA/QC or process engineering.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Working knowledge of quality control methodologies.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Experience in inspection and testing processes, including the use of measuring instruments.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Strong data analysis skills (Excel or Equivalent) for identifying trends, defects, and process deviations.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Familiarity with document control systems and revision management.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Understanding of relevant industry standards, e.g., ISO 9001, EN standards where applicable.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Basic CAD skills, e.g., SolidWorks, Auto CAD for reviewing drawings, and jigs and fixtures.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Knowledge of lean Manufacturing/ Six Sigma principles.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">High attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.</li></ul>                                                  Qualified Female Candidates encouraged to Apply BURN does not charge a fee at any stage of the recruitment process (application, interview, meeting, processing, training, or any other fees).     </div>
