Production / Repacking Operations<ul><li>Supervise daily activities across shifts as per production and dispatch plans.</li><li>Execute repacking of specialty chemicals into approved pack sizes (cartridges, cans, pails, drums, IBCs, etc.).</li><li>Ensure machine readiness, correct settings, and effective utilization of repacking equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, and other cross functional team to ensure smooth operations.</li></ul>2. Quality Assurance &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure strict adherence to SOPs &amp; work instructions.</li><li>Verify product identification, labeling accuracy, batch coding, and packaging integrity.</li><li>Maintain complete and accurate batch records and repacking documentation.</li><li>Support internal and external audits and closure of audit findings.</li></ul>3. Safety, Health &amp; Environment (EHS)<ul><li>Enforce safety procedures, PPE usage, and safe handling of specialty chemicals.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure incident/near‑miss reporting.</li><li>Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards in the repacking area.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory and company EHS requirements.</li></ul>4. People Management<ul><li>Supervise operators, contract workforce, and helpers.</li><li>Allocate manpower shift‑wise to meet volume and SKU complexity.</li><li>Train teams on SOPs, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.</li></ul>5. Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Identify productivity improvement and cost‑reduction opportunities.</li><li>Participate in Kaizen, Lean, and shop‑floor improvement projects.</li><li>Support standardization and best‑practice sharing across BUs.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>8- 10 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in any discipline,  MBA in Operations preferred‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
