Our finance function combines rigorous financial planning and analysis with direct strategic decision support for executive leadership and the board. The right candidate is a senior individual contributor who operates independently, manages complex modeling and reporting workstreams end-to-end, and produces outputs that reach the most senior levels of the organization.Responsibilities will include:  Consolidation &amp; Financial Reporting <ul><li>Own the monthly consolidated financial outlook, integrating operational forecasts, corporate assumptions, and key risk factors into a unified view for leadership. </li><li>Lead monthly close reporting cycles, including detailed variance analysis with clear narrative on drivers and implications. </li><li>Develop and maintain management reporting packages distributed to the executive team and board of directors. </li><li>Continuously improve the accuracy, timeliness, and clarity of consolidated financial reporting processes. </li></ul>Long-Range Modeling &amp; Scenario Planning <ul><li>Support maintenance and refresh of the long-range financial model, incorporating updated operating assumptions, strategic initiatives, and market conditions on a quarterly basis. </li><li>Build and run scenario analyses, sensitivities, and stress tests to support capital allocation and investment decisions. </li><li>Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate strategic alternatives, new business opportunities, and trade-offs across the corporate portfolio. </li><li>Partner with senior finance leadership to translate strategic priorities into quantified financial projections. </li></ul>Cash Flow Management &amp; Planning <ul><li>Support consolidated cash flow forecasting by integrating actuals, purchase order activity, payment terms, and operational inputs into a reliable short- and long-range liquidity view. </li><li>Drive working capital analysis and support initiatives to optimize receivables, payables, and inventory dynamics. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally to ensure cash-relevant assumptions are accurate and consistently reflected across models. </li></ul>Actuals Tracking &amp; Financial Controls <ul><li>Oversee accurate classification and reconciliation of financial actuals across revenue, cost, and investment categories. </li><li>Conduct comprehensive monthly review and analysis of spend actuals, with variance commentary relative to plan and forecast. </li><li>Identify and drive improvements in financial systems and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. </li></ul>Board &amp; Investor Communications <ul><li>Support preparation of board of directors financial materials, ensuring content is accurate, well-structured, and delivered on time. </li><li>Support development of quarterly investor communications that clearly convey operational and financial performance and strategic progress. </li><li>Translate complex financial data into concise, executive-ready narratives for board and investor audiences. </li></ul>Ad Hoc Analysis &amp; Strategic Support <ul><li>Provide deep-dive analysis on high-impact financial and corporate decisions, including capital structure, liquidity, and organizational growth. </li><li>Scope and structure ambiguous problems independently, delivering well-reasoned recommendations under tight timelines. </li><li>Evaluate and recommend tools or process improvements that enhance the efficiency and quality of FP&amp;A outputs. </li></ul>Desired Qualifications:<ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">2-4 years of increasingly complex experience in financial planning, analysis, and corporate-level modeling. </li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Demonstrated ability to execute complex modeling and reporting workstreams with a high degree of independence and strong attention to detail. </li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Strong background in consolidation, cash flow forecasting, and long-range financial modeling. </li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Experience preparing materials for board of directors or C-suite audiences. </li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Advanced Excel skills;
