Prepare opening balance sheets and purchase price allocation entries as needed.</li><li>Serve as a key point of contract for external auditors by preparing audit schedules, providing supporting documentation and responding to inquiries.</li><li>Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls and documentation in a rapidly evolving environment.</li><li>Special projects and other duties as required.</li></ul><h1></h1><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelors of Accounting or equivalent, CPA preferred. </li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of two years people management experience.</li><li>Strong technical and analytical accounting skills with exposure to complex accounting topics such as consolidations, multiple-entity structures, common control transactions, equity and investment accounting, lease accounting, construction accounting, establishing and documenting accounting policies in accordance with GAAP.</li><li>Commitment, ability, and prior experience in meeting deadlines for monthly and quarterly reporting, and special projects; preparing thorough and complete analyses and reconciliations with appropriate documentation and follow-up.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload involving multiple tasks, responsibilities and deadlines with professional follow-through. Demonstrated ability to manage monthly close process and produce high-quality analysis and reconciliations.</li><li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop team members, prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented, hands-on approach with a high level of ownership, accountability and professional judgement.</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.</li><li>Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus.
