Support end users with troubleshooting and recreating user errors, and tracking issues in a ticketing system.</li><li>Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for mobile device errors and app crashes and resolve independently. If escalation is needed collaborate with the development team providing documentation of issues through photos or video for developer assessment.</li><li>Assist with the development and maintenance of application knowledgebases, FAQ’s and documentation.
