The opportunity is exceptional.<div></div><div></div>What You'll OwnEnterprise Talent Strategy<ul><li>Own and evolve Apollo's firmwide talent management strategy — performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, and promotion processes</li><li>Ensure these systems operate as an integrated ecosystem, with clear connectivity across the full employee lifecycle</li><li>Serve as a senior thought partner to leadership on talent and culture — not an advisor from the outside, but a partner sitting beside the business</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Capability Development<ul><li>Design and advance how Apollo develops its leaders and managers at every level</li><li>Build a scalable, best-in-class approach to executive coaching and leadership development — not because it's expected of a firm our size, but because we believe the best long-term performers never stop learning</li><li>Act as a coach yourself to senior leaders and key talent</li><li>Oversee firmwide learning priorities, holding yourself and your team to Apollo's standard: relevance, rigor, and real impact</li></ul>Succession &amp; Talent Mapping<ul><li>Lead firmwide succession planning and talent mapping, improving visibility into leadership pipelines and readiness across the organization</li><li>Elevate the quality and forward-looking nature of talent discussions with senior leadership</li><li>Partner with business and HC leaders to ensure succession and development plans are actionable and actively managed — at Apollo, succession isn't a compliance exercise, it's how we protect our edge</li></ul>Organizational Effectiveness &amp; AI<ul><li>Play a central role in driving organizational effectiveness tied to Apollo's continued growth and evolution</li><li>Lead efforts to build AI fluency and capability from a people perspective — supporting both skill development and behavioral adoption</li><li>Support leaders through change by strengthening change management, communication, and capability enablement</li><li>We see AI transformation as a leapfrog opportunity; this role helps our people get there first</li><li>Help the business and HCBPs with designing organizations that provide competitive advantage in an AI-first world</li></ul>Governance &amp; Enterprise Collaboration<ul><li>Partner closely with HCBPs and Centers of Excellence — compensation, analytics, learning, HC Operations and Technology — to ensure alignment and disciplined execution across the talent ecosystem</li><li>Influence outcomes across COEs through insight, influence and credibility, not mandate</li><li>Contribute to senior leadership forums where talent, readiness, and organizational health are on the agenda</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Lead and develop a high-caliber global talent team; set clear expectations and high standards</li><li>Model Apollo's culture in how you work — flat and informal, no walls, right over easy</li><li>Drive continuous improvement through data, honest feedback, and a willingness to learn from what hasn't worked</li><li>Role model the tenants and philosophy that underpin What Makes Apollo Apollo</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>15+ years of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or human capital leadership; financial services or similarly complex, high-performance environments strongly preferred</li><li>Demonstrated success designing and leading enterprise-level talent systems that drive performance and scale</li><li>Strong consulting mindset combined with in-house execution experience; able to influence through insight and credibility rather than authority</li><li>Proven ability to operate with senior leadership in fast-moving, ambiguous environments</li><li>Exceptional judgment, discretion, and integrity</li><li>Executive-level presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Strong analytical orientation; able to translate data and observation into action</li><li>Experience leading and developing high-performing global teams Entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and results-oriented</li><li>Comfortable being wrong, learning fast, and trying again</li></ul>Pay Range350,000-400,000Apollo Global Management, Inc.
