If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div><p>The Sr. Mobile Service Technician is a unique position that covers field service repairs.   This position would be responsible for traveling to client locations and will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing Lucid Motors vehicles in the field.  Lucid provides Mobile Service Technicians with a service van or truck and provides the needed tools. This fixed operation position will work independently as well as a team where you will have the support of the closet service location. You will demonstrate your passion for sustainable transportation and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment. </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Confidently repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics</li><li>Ability to perform advanced EV repairs at partner locations and Service Centers</li><li>Maintain a high knowledge level of high voltage, low voltage, and general electric vehicle systems</li><li>Follow correct repair order documentation procedures, i.e. The Three C's</li><li>Effectively work with the appropriate software suite to properly and completely document all customer vehicle interactions</li><li>Effectively communicate and collaborate with other members of the service team (i.e., advisor, manager, etc.) as well as customers.</li><li>Function as a Service Advisor and perform parts department duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management</li><li>Accurately document client concerns for diagnosis and repair</li><li>Invoice and collect payment</li><li>Perform customer service duties such as answer phones, scheduling appointments (where needed), and calling customers to update them on repair status, or to follow up after repairs are completed</li><li>Review appointment schedule to plan travel time and visit duration for mobile services</li><li>Ability to travel in assigned territory and other service locations</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li style="font-weight:bold;"><strong>4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician</strong></li><li style="font-weight:bold;"><strong>ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) – (Required)</strong></li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) systems, Low Voltage (LV) systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains</li><li>Experience in luxury automobile repair environments</li><li>Self-sufficient, highly organized and comfortable working independently and as part of a team</li><li>Customer facing experience exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with Field Engineering Team pertaining vehicle preliminary diagnosis</li><li>EPA 609 Certification</li><li>Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire</li><li>Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.   Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous Mobile Service Technician experience</li><li>ASE Certified Master Technician</li></ul><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
