As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with International accounting standards, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart! You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Manage and coordinate the month-end and year-end close processes</li><li>Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports in accordance with IFRS and Polish accounting standards</li><li>Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance</li><li>Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and tax filings</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions</li><li>Ensure compliance with Polish tax regulations and reporting requirements</li><li>Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions</li><li>Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including banks and tax authorities</li></ul>
