This role partners closely with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT teams to deliver best‑practice solutions, improve operational performance, and ensure integrity across end‑to‑end supply chain processes. </div><div> </div><div>The Role </div><div><ul><li>Lead functional support and enhancements for Oracle EBS modules: Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Shipping Execution, Cost Management, Bills of Material, Oracle Transportation Management Fusion Cloud, Oracle Demand Planning Fusion Cloud and related Supply Chain areas. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Gather business requirements, design solutions, configure Oracle setups, and oversee testing and deployment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develop functional designs, configuration documentation, process flows, and use cases for supply chain modules. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Recommend best‑practice process improvements and standardization across sites and functions. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Contribute to ERP roadmap evaluation and future-state architecture planning. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provide hands‑on functional expertise in Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, Costing, BOM, OTM Fusion Cloud, Oracle Demand Planning Cloud. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Partner with technical teams to define integrations, reports, extensions, and data conversions. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Serve as functional lead on upgrades, integrations, and cross‑functional initiatives. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Own creation and execution of SIT/UAT scenarios, cutover plans, and readiness checklists. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provide support during hyper care and steady-state operations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Provide expert production support, perform root‑cause analysis, and maintain stable operations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure compliance with SOX, audit requirements, approval workflows, and segregation of duties. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support period close activities for inventory, costing, receiving, and order fulfillment. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with Analytics to define KPIs, dashboards, and exception-based reporting. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Drive global process standardization and continuous improvement </li></ul></div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>What You’ll Bring </div><div><ul><li>7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules (INV, PO, OM, Shipping, BOM, Cost Management, and Procurement) </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management and Oracle Demand Planning Fusion Cloud </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong understanding of O2C and P2P processes and how they integrate with Finance </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Solid SQL skills for analysis and troubleshooting.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Exposure to EDI, supplier portals, 3PL integrations, or cloud procurement tools. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience in SOX-controlled multinational environments. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Suite. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience leading ERP enhancements, deployments, or integrations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience being part of ERP implementation/upgrade projects. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Knowledge of Agile, OUM/AIM methodologies, or ITIL processes. </li></ul></div></div>#LI-GG1<h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
