Costing<ul><li>Perform process selection, equipment sizing, and application analysis based on project data.</li><li>Prepare process &amp; mass balance calculations, hydraulic calculations, electrical load lists, instrument lists, OPEX estimates, and cost estimates.</li><li>Develop technical deliverables such as HFDs, P&amp;IDs, layout sketches, equipment lists, and detailed quotations.</li><li>Continuously improve process sizing tools and design programs; demonstrate measurable improvements made to these tools.</li><li>Support technology transfer of new membrane products, tools, and application guidelines from global technology centers to regional teams.</li></ul>Stakeholder Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with Sales, Product Management, R&amp;D,Procurement, Project Management, and Manufacturing to deliver competitive and high‑quality proposals.</li><li>Support sales teams during technical discussions, clarifications, and presentations with customers.</li><li>Participate in proposal strategy development and Proposal Management Plan (PMP) preparation.</li><li>Attend pre‑qualification meetings, design and risk review sessions, and customer meetings as required.</li></ul>Technology Transfer &amp; Knowledge Sharing<ul><li>Participate in commercial and technical technology transfer activities within Xylem, including established and emerging water and wastewater treatment technologies.</li><li>Support internal teams during conception, detailed engineering, and fabrication phases.</li></ul><div></div>Technical Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Comprehensive expertise in industrial water and wastewater treatment technologies, including membrane systems such as UF, BWRO, SWRO, MBR, MB, and EDI.</li><li>Strong understanding of filtration systems, biological treatment processes, chemical dosing, evaporation, and related unit operations.</li><li>Demonstrated capability in proposal engineering, cost estimation, and lifecycle cost analysis.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the Indian industrial and municipal water and wastewater sectors.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office applications, with working knowledge of AutoCAD, P&amp;ID development, and process simulation tools.</li><li>Solid analytical, organizational, and project coordination abilities.</li><li>Excellent technical writing, documentation, presentation, and communication skills in English.</li><li>Familiarity with global engineering standards and bidding practices commonly followed by membrane OEMs and EPC organizations.</li><li>Proven experience working within matrix organizations and collaborating with multidisciplinary, global teams.</li></ul><div></div>Experience &amp;
