You’ll work closely with customers, contractors, engineers, sales teams, and product specialists to identify growth opportunities, strengthen key relationships, and shape solutions that meet industry needs.We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys collaborating across teams and regions, and brings both commercial drive and industry knowledge to the table.Travel 25–50% across Europe, with occasional international travel.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and drive growth strategies for the Construction &amp; Infrastructure market</li><li>Build strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders</li><li>Identify and advance new business opportunities across regions</li><li>Partner with sales, marketing, product management, and R&amp;D teams</li><li>Support go-to-market activities, value propositions, and market campaigns</li><li>Share market insights and industry trends to help shape future solutions</li><li>Help grow market penetration and customer share across the segment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar field</li><li>Several years of experience in business development, commercial leadership, or strategic sales</li><li>Experience in construction, infrastructure, water treatment, or related industry</li><li>Strong commercial background with experience in solution or value-based selling</li><li>Ability to think strategically while also staying close to customers and opportunities</li><li>Comfortable building relationships across different cultures, teams, and markets</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Experience working internationally is a plus</li><li>Fluent English is required</li></ul>Why Work at Xylem!We offer you a creative and international environment where you get the opportunity to focus on your personal and professional development together with committed and helpful colleagues.
