We are seeking a Senior BIM Modeller with 8–10 years of hands‑on Revit experience, strong engineering understanding, and proven ability to perform QA and mentor junior team members. The successful candidate will produce and manage high‑quality BIM models, coordinate multidisciplinary workflows, and contribute to the development and enforcement of BIM standards on European projects. To succeed in this role, you must have experience on international project and Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI Trained Professional with minimum 8-10 years of professional experience. Are you our new Modeller-Revit-Structures? Click the apply-button to send your application. Your key responsibilities will be<ul><li>Develop detailed 3D BIM models for structural framing, foundations, slabs, reinforcement, steel, and concrete elements using Revit. </li><li>Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP models, supporting clash detection and resolution activities. </li><li>Prepare, update, and maintain GA drawings</li><li>Adhere to and enforce the BIM Execution Plan, modelling standards, LOD requirements, and company templates on all assigned projects. </li><li>Maintain model health, file structure, naming conventions, and version control to ensure clean, coordinated, and reliable models. </li><li>Interpret engineers’ calculations, sketches, and RFIs and convert them into accurate BIM models and drawings. </li><li>Participate in coordination meetings and design reviews, presenting structural BIM viewpoints, issues, and proposed solutions. </li><li>Guide and mentor junior modelers/designers, perform QA/QC on their work, and share best practices. </li><li>Prepare project deliverables (models, extractions, exports, IFC, COBie, etc.) in line with client/consultant BIM requirements. </li><li>Maintain clash reports, coordination logs, and change logs, and provide regular progress updates to project managers and BIM coordinators. </li></ul>
