How you'll make an impact<ul><li>Analyze Request for Quotations (RFQs), and other tender documents to understand client requirements, scope of work, and technical specifications with alignment with the Sales team</li><li>Collaborate with sales, engineering, legal, and other internal departments to gather necessary information, technical details, and cost estimates for tender submissions</li><li>Develop comprehensive and well-structured tender and quotation documents, including technical proposals, drawings, commercial offers and supporting documentation</li><li>Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and meet the specified deadlines and submission protocols</li><li>May participate in pre-bid meetings, client clarifications, and negotiations as required</li><li>Maintain a systematic record of all tender activities, submissions, and outcomes, for quotations and order checklists preparation and handover</li><li>Continuously improve tender processes and documentation templates to enhance efficiency and quality</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders for optimal solutions.
