Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>3-7 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, finance, operations, or a related area through coursework, internships, co-ops, or professional experience.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in SQL for querying, extracting, and manipulating data.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development, visualization, and reporting.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with structured and complex datasets.</li><li>Ability to quickly understand business needs and synthesize data into relevant insights for decision-making.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and support leadership with professionalism and responsiveness.</li></ul><div></div>5.
