This role plays a critical strategic support function by translating growth priorities into concrete actions and systems.&nbsp;The Associate works across programs to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly, prospects are tracked effectively, and engagement activities are well-coordinated. This position is ideal for a highly organized, analytical professional interested in growth strategy, market transformation, and nonprofit operations.
